How the Program Works

Our standard corporate program includes four (4) non-seasonal botanical rotations per year. Every three months, our team arrives to retrieve your current piece and exchange it for another piece from a different collection. All corporate accounts require a 14-21 day onboarding period prior to your first arrangement being installed.

3. The Statement Centerpiece

  • Dimensions: Approx. 8”–10” H x 20”–24” W
  • Perfect For: Boardroom conference tables, long lobby console tables, and low architectural dividers.

Need Monumental Scale? For spaces requiring grand impact, our custom Grand Lobby Focal Points (24”+ H) are available upon request starting at $150 – $195+ / month.

Corporate Service Area Note: Corporate monthly subscription delivery and seasonal rotations proudly service businesses throughout Lee County, North Collier County (North Naples), and South Charlotte County (Punta Gorda). To optimize our regional routing, a minimum monthly contract spend of $95 applies to accounts located in North Collier and South Charlotte.

Subscription Add-On: The Elite Holiday Upgrade

Elevate your business for the festive season without lifting a finger.

Subscribers can opt into our Exclusive Holiday Rotation. In late November, our team will temporarily pause your standard rotation and install a custom, luxury holiday-focused design.

  • The Schedule: Holiday designs remain on-site through the first week of January.
  • The Transition: Post-holiday, we return to seamlessly swap the festive look either back into your original scheduled design or advance you directly into your next crisp, quarterly corporate collection.
  • Investment: Available as a flat-rate surcharge added to your annual contract.

White-Glove Rotation & Delivery Tiers

To ensure our custom designs arrive in flawless, magazine-ready condition, we operate exclusively as the delivery and installation team. To maintain absolute pricing transparency, subscription rates above exclude delivery.

A flat White-Glove Rotation Fee is applied to each of your four quarterly swaps based on your location’s distance from our Cape Coral studio:

  • Zone 1 (Local): Cape Coral & North Fort Myers | $15 per rotation
  • Zone 2 (Mid-Distance): Fort Myers Proper, Estero, & Bonita Springs | $35 per rotation
  • Zone 3 (Extended): North Naples & Punta Gorda | $55 per rotation

Note: To optimize our regional routing lines, a minimum monthly contract spend of $95 applies to all accounts located within Zone 3 (North Collier and South Charlotte counties).

  • Flexible Project Windows: Whether you need the pieces for a 4-hour shoot or a multi-day open house event, our flat-rate project pricing adapts seamlessly to your calendar.
  • Accessible Luxury Pricing: Staging rental rates are priced dynamically at just 25% of the item’s total retail value.
  • White-Glove Delivery & Removal: To guarantee our custom designs arrive in flawless, magazine-ready condition, Gabby’s Blooming Creations operates as a delivery-only service. A flat $75 Service Fee covers professional transport, on-site styling, and complete post-shoot retrieval when your project concludes.
  • Staging Service Area: Short-term staging rentals are available exclusively within Lee County.
