Thank you for shopping at Gabby’s Blooming Creations! We stand behind the quality of our handmade, luxury floral arrangements. Because each piece is crafted by hand, we have the following return and refund policy. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items – All sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Clearance items
- Custom arrangements
- Any item that has been used or altered
How to initiate a return, exchange, or request a refund
- Contact us at contact@gabbysbloomingcreations.com within 14 days with your reason for return
- We will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to us at your expense. Highly encourage using a traceable method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Time to receive your refund will depend on your financial institution.
Eligible returns: Full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs unless shipping was included.
Defective or damaged items: We provide insurance through the carriers. Should your item be received damaged or defective, we will file a claim with the carriers, and will issue a full refund including shipping.
Exchanges: We will happily exchange for a different arrangement of equal or lesser value. Should you want a higher priced item, you are responsible for the difference.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
