At Gabby’s Blooming Creations, we strive to get your luxury faux floral arrangements to you quickly and safely. This shipping policy applies to orders placed on gabbysbloomingcreations.com
Order Processing Time:
All arrangements listed for sale on this site are ready to ship. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days not including US Federal Holidays or weekends. Custom arrangements are governed by different processing and delivery times, please reference your contract for processing and shipping terms.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You will be notified if there is any delay.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
We currently ship to all 50 US States excluding PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses where certain carriers are restricted. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight and dimensions, and your chosen method. We partners with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free Shipping:
Some arrangements include free shipping or we will run specials periodically for free shipping. These promotions are noted at time of check out.
International shipping:
At this time we do not currently offer international shipping outside of the US, please contact us prior to ordering.
Tracking & Delivery:
All shipments include tracking. Once your order is with the carrier, you can track it via the link in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Please note: Sometimes things are out of everyone’s control: Holiday volume, Weather, War, Acts of God, etc. This may cause a delay in processing, shipping, transportation, delivery that cannot be resolved by us at Gabby’s Blooming Creations. We will work with the carriers and you to ensure your arrangement is delivered or a refund will be issued.
Holiday Volume: Package delivery times can increase during high volume shipping holidays. Please plan accordingly when placing your order with us. We cannot guarantee your arrangement will arrive in time during those high volume holidays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue – replacement or refund. For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or full refund once the claim with the carrier is confirmed.
